Booking

When booking, the number of guests must be listed. This number can change up to arrival date, as long as it does not exceed the maximum occupancy of the individual property, as there is no additional charge.

At checkin, all guests at the property will have to provide relevant travel documents (Passport, Travel ID card etc), in order that all details can be registered with the Ayuntamiento de Andalucia and the National Police in line with Spanish Hotel policy.

All our properties are fully registered, and subscribe to the rules and regulations, as set out by the Ayuntamiento de Andalucia.

Check in

From 3 pm to 11 pm.

We always attempt to give an early check-in when required and possible, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Check out

Up until Midday.

We always try and accommodate late checkout, and will do so when possible, however this cannot be guaranteed.

House rules

  • No pets.
  • No parties or events.
  • No Smoking, unless in designated outside area. Smoking internally may result in a cleaning fee being applied.

Breakages

We understand that little accidents will happen, and as such minor breakages are covered. However, for larger issues, it is expected that they will be replaced/repaired at the guests’ expense.

Cancellation policy

We operate in line with most providers. Given the discounts applied the cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. If cancelled within 48 hours of booking being made, full refund.
  2. 48 hours until 14 days before arrival , 50% refunded.
  3. Less than 14 days, before arrival,  0% refunded.
  4. Should a booking be made within 14 days of arrival date,  the 48 hour refund policy (point 1.) does not apply.

Charges

All our charges are in Euro.

Credit cards

Credit card charges are borne by Blueskies Torremolinos. We do not hold your CC details. These are processed through our global partner STRIPE.

Blueskies Torremolinos or Pat’s Flats cannot be held responsible for any thefts, injury or other that occurs in the apartments or the communal pool areas or similar. We strongly advise all our guests to travel with adequate travel insurance.

Behaviour

We really want you, and all our guests to have a fantastic holiday. As such, abusive behaviour/language (whether as a result of alcohol/substances or not) will not be be tolerated. Aggressive or abusive behaviour, may result in your stay being terminated.

Circumstance beyond our control

On occasion in Spain, they may be a disruption to water/electric/other services or building works, which is completely out of the control of Blueskies Torremolinos. As such, we are not liable to compensate.

Circumstance under our control

In the extremely unlikely event that for some reason one of our apartments becomes unavailable, being maintenance or damage, we will strive to supply alternative accommodation for your stay/or offer a full refund. However our liability is limited to the cost of the booking.
